Order your SEO package

Three steps on one page: choose your package, fill in your details for the invoice, and tell me about your business. The required questions come first; the rest is optional. That third step replaces an intake call, and the texts are built on it.

For businesses only, freelancers included. Prices exclude VAT.

Fields marked with * are required.

Package

Both packages are a one-off order for one domain.

Choose your package

Not sure? Start suits a new or small website. Growth suits a business that has been running for a while and wants more articles.

Your business details

For the invoice. I sell to businesses only, so a KvK number or a VAT ID is needed.

As it should appear on the invoice.

Your Dutch Chamber of Commerce number, 8 digits. Business outside the Netherlands? Leave this empty and fill in your VAT ID.

Required for a business in another EU country: with a valid VAT ID the invoice carries 0% VAT and you account for the VAT in your own country (reverse charge). Dutch businesses fill in a KvK number, a VAT ID or both. Outside the EU: fill in your national tax or company registration number.

Only used if something in your order is unclear.

The confirmation, the invoice and the delivery are sent here. Use an address you read.

The country your business is registered in. It decides which VAT rule applies. Outside the EU you do not pay online straight away: you get a payment link by e-mail after I have checked your business details.

About your business

This is the intake. The audit, the plan and every text are built on these answers, so real details beat polished sentences. Notes and bullet points are fine.

The one domain this package is for. The audit checks this site and every text is written for it.

Describe in your own words what you do and sell, the way you would explain it to a customer. Every text is built on this.

At least 50, at most 3000 characters

Each package has 5 service pages. Put one service or product per line, most important first, so the service pages cover what you most want to sell. If you list fewer, the remaining pages are chosen from the keyword research, within what you described under ‘What do you sell?’. If you list more, the first ones are used.

Up to 1500 characters

Exact prices, a starting price or a range, so the texts mention real prices instead of "price on request". No fixed prices? Give a starting price or one example. Leave out anything that must not be published.

Up to 1500 characters

For example homeowners in your region, restaurants or other freelancers. The texts are written for these readers and their questions.

Up to 1500 characters

A city, a region, a country or "online only". Place names and local search terms in the texts come from this.

Call, request a quote, book or buy, plus the phone number, e-mail address or link to use. Every page ends with this exact step.

Up to 500 characters

All texts are written in this language. One language per package.

Optional, but it sharpens the texts

The more you fill in below, the better the texts fit your business. Open a block and fill in what you know. Anything you leave open is filled from the research or left out. The process does not fill in facts about your business by itself. Still read every text: the check is automated.

Keywords and competitors (optional) What you want to be found for and who you compete with. The research then starts from your market.

In your own words, the way a customer would type them. One per line or separated by commas. The keyword research then starts from your market. Which terms are used follows from the search data.

Up to 1000 characters

Names or website addresses, one per line, most important first, so the analysis looks at the businesses you really compete with. Start analyses the first 3, Growth the first 5. Leave it empty and they are taken from the search results for your services.

Up to 800 characters

What you find strong or weak about these competitors, in your own words. The analysis then also looks at what you notice, and the texts can show where you differ.

Up to 1000 characters

Your customers’ questions (optional) What customers keep asking you. The texts then answer real questions, in your customers’ words.

On the phone, by e-mail or on the job. These questions return as FAQ sections in your texts where they fit, and are weighed when the article topics are chosen.

Up to 2000 characters

Experience and proof (optional) Your experience, reviews and projects. The texts can then show why a visitor can trust you.

Only fill in what is true and what you can show. What you do not mention here is left out: the process does not fill in experience, reviews or customers by itself.

A speciality, how fast you deliver, the way you work. Only what is true: the texts use it as the reason to choose you.

Up to 1500 characters

How long you have done this work, your training, certificates, memberships and guarantees. It tells a visitor why they can trust you.

Up to 1500 characters

Where your reviews are, how many there are and the average. Projects or customers that may be named. Numbers you can prove. Without this proof the texts contain no figures about your business and no customer names.

Up to 1500 characters

The person named as author of the texts: name, role and two lines about them. A visitor then sees who stands behind the content. Only fill this in if that person agrees and reads the texts before they go online.

Up to 600 characters

Images and house style (optional) Your logo, your own photos and your colours. The images then follow your house style in colour and style.

People, materials or situations that should be in them, what must stay out, your colours and the style. The images are made to follow that.

Up to 800 characters

Local (optional) The places your customers search in. Skip this if you work nationwide or online only.

The towns or neighbourhoods you want to be found in, most important first. The research then looks at search terms with those place names.

Up to 800 characters

The short link to your business in Google Maps (use the Share button), if you have a profile. The audit can then compare your profile with your website: name, address and phone number should match everywhere.

Practical (optional) Your goal, the tone, your website platform and what to leave out. The texts then fit the way you work.

The main goal of your website and the service you earn most from. That service then weighs more heavily in the plan and in the internal links.

Up to 800 characters

How you speak to your customers. The texts follow it, so they sound like your business.

How the Dutch texts address your customers: with “je” or with “u”. Choose what you say to customers yourself. This choice is ignored for English texts.

Anything that must not be written about or promised, for example a service you are phasing out. It keeps wrong claims out of the texts.

Up to 800 characters

For example WordPress, Wix, Shopify or Squarespace. The instructions for adding the content can take it into account. Not sure? Leave it empty.

Google’s free tool that shows which searches your site appears for. If you have it, I may ask you by e-mail for read access: the audit is more precise with that data. Giving access is optional.

A topic you would like covered, a season that matters, something that changes soon. Anything that helps the texts fit your business and did not fit above.

Up to 2000 characters

Check and pay

Check the amount, tick the boxes and place your order.

Your order

VAT depends on where your business is registered. Netherlands: 21% VAT is added. Another EU country with a valid VAT ID: 0%, reverse charge. Outside the EU: 0%.

With this button you place an order with an obligation to pay. Next you go to the payment page. If online payment is not available, your order is passed on and you receive a payment link or an invoice by e-mail. Production starts once your payment is received.

Your answers are used to carry out your order and are processed with AI services. How I handle your data is in the privacy statement.
