SEO services where you know up front what you get and what it costs

SEO services (getting found in Google) are hard to buy when you cannot judge the work yourself. Often you pay by the month for hours. Meanwhile a new customer is more likely to end up with your competitor than with you.

Two SEO packages have a fixed price; for other work you get a proposal with the price first. You can start with a free website check.

Free. You get one A4 page by e-mail; what you do after that is up to you.

Does this sound familiar?

  • My website has been up for years, but I get hardly any enquiries from it.
  • I have paid an agency before and still do not know what I got for it.
  • Everyone talks about AI and ChatGPT. I do not know what that means for my website.
  • My site looks dated, and customers still phone for everything that could be done online.

What you get when you have your website optimised

A package at a fixed price, or custom work with a proposal first. Where there is a limit, it is stated.

What you get What it does for you
A free website check You get one A4 page by e-mail with what I see when I look at your site the way Google and a new customer do. It is a first look, not a full audit: that is in the packages.
An SEO package at a fixed price You get an SEO audit with an action list, an analysis of your competitors, a content plan, and service pages and articles with images. Everything comes by e-mail as documents. You or your web developer add them to the site.
Custom work for a notary, lawyer, accountant or dentist A package contains no texts that amount to legal, financial or medical advice. For your firm or practice there is custom work: the site, the pages about the firm and its people, the technical side and what makes the site trustworthy.
A new design for your site (redesign) First you will hear which parts of your current site can stay and what has to be redone. The new design starts with the phone, then the large screen follows. This is custom work.
Pages about your business and your people Who are you, what have you done and where can that be verified? Google calls it E-E-A-T: experience, expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness. You get the pages that state it, as custom work.
The technical side Can Google find and read your pages? In a package the audit says what has to be done and in which order. Carrying it out is not included; you can have that done as custom work.
Being found by AI assistants (GEO) Your site gets facts in plain text, with a date and a source, and the same business details everywhere. That is meant to let ChatGPT and other AI assistants understand your business. Nobody can promise that an assistant will name you.
More customer contact through your site A form for enquiries, or ordering and paying on the site itself, as with the packages on this site. Say what customers still arrange by phone. You will then hear which parts of that can be built.

Sites and figures you can check for yourself

This lets you check for yourself what SEO work looks like: a site of my own that you can open now, and the clicks from Google Search to two travel sites of my own in 2025. I do not quote client figures.

What this means for you: you see SEO work on real sites, with the figures per month and their source. The figure counts the clicks in Google on results for two travel sites about Amsterdam that I own and run myself. The larger one is a visitor guide to De Wallen in Amsterdam, online since 2010.

A click is not a unique visitor: the same person can click more than once. Visits from other channels are not included. The scale starts at zero.

It is a figure for 2025, not a forecast: in 2026 the number of clicks is lower. It says something about these two sites, not about what your site will achieve.

  • Astro and WordPress

If your site runs on WordPress, you will be working with someone who also maintains WordPress sites. I built this site and autoleasekompas.nl myself, in Astro: software for building websites.

  • A background in marketing

From 2021 to April 2025 I was Marketing Director at Tech Company. Since April 2025 I have worked full-time on Toss it Online, not alongside a job elsewhere.

  • Since 2015

Toss it Online has been registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) since 2015, under number 63129124: you can look it up yourself. It is a sole proprietorship in Bussum.

How it works, from your first message to after delivery

  1. You ask for the free website check

You fill in the address of your website. Then you get one A4 page by e-mail: your site seen the way Google and a new customer see it.

  2. You choose: a package or custom work

You order and pay for a package online; in the order form you describe your business. For custom work you get a proposal with the price first. Only then do you decide.

  3. Work starts after your payment or go-ahead

With a package, production starts right after your payment. With custom work you see the result before it goes online; the proposal says how often you can ask for changes.

  4. You receive the work

A package arrives by e-mail: the SEO Start package within 10 working days of payment, the SEO Growth package within 15. Read every text before you publish it.

  5. After delivery

A package ends at delivery: there is no ongoing subscription. You or your web developer add the content to your site, with the instructions that come with it. For custom work the proposal says what you can expect afterwards.

What do SEO services cost?

Two packages have a fixed price: €995 and €1,995, excl. VAT. You pay once; it is not a subscription. Everything else is custom work, and that is on request.

What the price of custom work depends on

This makes it cheaper

  • Your current site stays and is improved
  • A few pages about your business and your people
  • You supply the copy and the photos
  • The technical side of your site is in order
  • Information and a contact form only
  • One language

This makes it more expensive

  • The site is redesigned and rebuilt
  • Many pages, for example one per service and per staff member
  • All the copy is written for you
  • Technical problems have to be fixed first
  • Extra features, such as ordering and paying online
  • Two languages

There is no figure for custom work here: it would say nothing about your site until it has been looked at. You get a proposal with the price before you decide anything.

You order and pay for the two packages online. Below is what they contain, and also what they do not.

For freelancers and starters with a new or small website

SEO Start package

€995 excl. VAT · one-off, no subscription

  • A check of your website with an action list, and a comparison with 3 competitors
  • A list of 20 topics your customers search for, in order of priority
  • 10 pages of copy for your site: 5 about your services and 5 articles, with 20 images

Delivered by e-mail within 10 working days of payment.

For small and medium-sized businesses whose website has been online for a while

SEO Growth package

€1,995 excl. VAT · one-off, no subscription

  • A check of your website with an action list, and a comparison with 5 competitors
  • A list of 40 topics your customers search for, in order of priority
  • 20 pages of copy for your site: 5 about your services and 15 articles, with 40 images

Delivered by e-mail within 15 working days of payment.

How your package is made

Research and copy are produced with AI, following my fixed process and using Ahrefs data. Every text then goes through a separate check for facts, sources and AI-sounding language.

I spot-check every delivery before it is sent. That separate check is automated as well; I do not read every text in full myself.

For businesses only, freelancers included. Prices exclude VAT.

Texts that amount to legal, financial or medical advice are not part of a package. Are you a notary, lawyer, accountant or dentist? First read what your firm or practice can get instead.

Not part of a package: placing the texts on your site, getting links from other sites (link building) and ongoing work. You get no guarantee of rankings in Google, visitors or revenue: nobody can give one.

Questions about SEO services

Will an SEO package get me higher in Google?

Not guaranteed: nobody can promise you a higher place. Google decides the order, and it also depends on your competitors, on your website and on what you keep publishing.

What you do have in writing up front: what you get, what it costs and within which period you receive it. How that period is counted is in section 9 of the service terms.

I am a notary, lawyer, accountant or dentist. Can I order an SEO package?

Yes, with one limit. A package contains no texts that amount to legal, financial or medical advice; such topics are replaced with others from the content plan. If the whole order falls under it, the order is refused and you get the amount you paid back.

For your firm or practice you can have custom work instead: the website itself, the pages about the firm and its people, the technical side and what makes the site trustworthy. Ask for a proposal for that.

What is GEO, and will it get me found in ChatGPT?

Nobody can promise that. GEO (generative engine optimisation) is meant to let AI assistants such as ChatGPT find and understand your business. For that your site gets the same as for Google: facts in plain text, with a date and a source, and the same business details everywhere.

Who do I deal with, and do you use AI?

With one person: me. There is no account manager in between. AI is a tool for writing and building; for custom work, I check the result myself.

In the SEO packages the research and the copy are produced with AI. Every text goes through an automated check there. I spot-check every delivery and do not read every text in full myself.

What do I still have to do myself after an SEO package?

Read it through, publish it and keep it up to date. Read every text before you publish it: you know your business, your prices and the rules in your trade.

Then you add the texts and images to your site, yourself or with your web developer. Technical repairs and getting links from other sites (link building) are not in a package; the audit does say what has to be done.

My website is out of date. Do I need SEO or a new design?

That depends on your site: sometimes the content is good and the design is dated, sometimes it is the other way round. Send the address of your website. You will then hear what needs attention first: the copy, the technical side or the design.
