Most SEO packages for small businesses are sold as hours per month, which a small budget does not stretch to. So you ask a chatbot for an article about your service, publish it, and it rarely shows up in Google.

    A statistic goes into a text only with its original source next to it; without one it is left out. That is how the process is set up. What is not included is on this page before you pay, and reading every text stays necessary: the check is automated.

Why an article from one chatbot prompt rarely ranks

You may already use AI for your website texts. The usual way is one prompt: write an article about X. The result reads well enough, goes online, and then usually nothing happens.

The reason is not that AI wrote it. Google already has a full page of results for that search, and a text written without looking at them gives Google no reason to prefer yours.

The packages use AI too. The difference is the fixed process around it, and the business details you give when you order. The texts follow the same research and writing process I use for articles on my own sites.

    With one prompt the chatbot writes from general knowledge. It usually does not study the pages Google shows for your search term today.

    For every text the top results are analysed: what do they all cover, and what does none of them cover.

  2. Outline before text

    Headings, length and the facts to include are fixed before a sentence is written. Length follows what ranks, not a word count.

  3. A primary source for every statistic

    A figure links to the original study or dataset, not to a list on someone else's blog. Without a source, the figure is left out.

  4. Your real business details

    Your offer, prices, region and call to action come from the order form and go into the texts. So do your experience and your customers’ questions, if you fill them in.

  5. A separate check before delivery

    Every text is checked again for facts, sources and AI-sounding language. I spot-check every delivery before it is sent.

Start or Growth: the two SEO packages compared

Both packages are for one domain, contain the same parts and are made with the same process. Choose Start if your website is new or small and you want the foundation plus a first set of pages. How it works, from order to delivery

No hours per month, no subscription and no minimum term. You know before you order what you get, what it costs and when it arrives.

  1. Choose Start or Growth

    Same parts, same process. The difference is the number of competitors, topics and articles.

  2. Describe your business while ordering

    The order form asks what you sell, to whom, at what prices and where. There is no intake call: your written answers are what the texts are built on.

  3. Pay online

    You pay on the secure payment page of Mollie, a Dutch payment provider. If online payment is not available at that moment, your order is passed on and you receive a payment link or an invoice by e-mail. Production starts as soon as your payment is received.

  4. Research, writing and checking

    The audit, the competitor analysis and the keyword research come first. Then every text gets an outline, a draft with images and a separate check.

  5. Delivery by e-mail

    A download with all documents and image files, the publication schedule and the instructions for adding it to your site. Start arrives within 10 working days of your payment, Growth within 15. You read the texts before you publish them, and you can send one consolidated list of changes per revision round.

Research and copy are produced with AI, following my fixed process and using Ahrefs data. Every text then goes through a separate check for facts, sources and AI-sounding language. I spot-check every delivery before it is sent. That separate check is automated as well; I do not read every text in full myself.

What is in every SEO package

Many packages sell hours without saying what those hours produce. Here every part is counted. Where the two packages differ, both numbers are given.

  • SEO audit

    Technical checks (how well Google can read your site) and on-page checks (titles, headings and content per page), your current visibility in Google, and an action list in order of priority.

  • Competitor analysis

    3 competitors in Start, 5 in Growth: what they rank for and where the gaps are.

  • Content plan

    Keyword research (what your customers search for, and how often) and a content plan, the list of topics in order of priority: 20 topics in Start, 40 in Growth, including the ones written in the package.

  • Service pages

    Sales pages for your own services or products (5 in Start, 5 in Growth), based on what ranks: headings, copy, FAQ, call to action, and the title and description Google shows in its results (meta title and description).

  • SEO articles

    5 in Start, 15 in Growth. Each has an outline, a length matched to what ranks, primary sources for its statistics, an FAQ, meta title and description, suggestions for links between your own pages and a call to action for your business.

  • Images

    2 per text: one AI-generated photo-style image and one custom infographic or chart, each with alt text (a short description for search engines and screen readers). The AI image is an illustration, not a photo of your own work.

  • Publication schedule and linking plan

    A schedule that spreads publishing over weeks, a plan for linking your pages to each other, and short instructions for adding everything to your site.

  • Delivery and revision

    By e-mail as a download: documents ready to paste into any website platform (CMS), plus the image files. One revision round is included: you send one consolidated list of changes within 14 days of delivery.

What is not included

Many monthly SEO packages include someone working on your website. These packages do not. I would rather say that now than after you have paid.

  • Adding the content to your website. You or your web developer do that, with the short instructions in the delivery.
  • Carrying out the technical fixes from the audit. You get the list in order of priority; the fixing is for you or your web developer.
  • Link building: getting other websites to link to yours.
  • Ongoing work. This is a one-off order, not a subscription, and there are no monthly reports.
  • A guarantee of rankings, traffic, customers or revenue.
  • A second domain or a second language. Each package is for one website in one language.
  • Topics that amount to medical, legal or financial advice, gambling and adult content. I do not accept those.

Honest expectations

SEO takes time. Google has to find new pages, assess them and compare them with what is already there. That takes weeks to months, and a new website needs longer than one that has been online for years.

You will read everywhere that SEO cannot be a one-off, and there is truth in that. A package gives you the foundation and a stock of content to publish over the coming weeks. What happens afterwards depends on your competition and on whether you keep publishing.

The texts are designed to give each page a better chance than a text from a single prompt: built on what ranks now, with your real business details and with sources. A better chance is not a promise. I do not guarantee positions, traffic, customers or revenue, and nobody honestly can.

What you can do to help: read every text before you publish it, publish on the schedule instead of all at once, add your own photos and your own experience to the texts, and fix the points from the audit.

Questions about the SEO packages

How much does an SEO package cost?

€995 excl. VAT for the SEO Start package and €1,995 excl. VAT for the SEO Growth package. Both are one-off amounts for a fixed list of work. There are no setup costs and no monthly fee.

Is this a one-off order or a contract with a minimum term?

A one-off order. You pay once and receive the package: there is no subscription, no minimum term and no notice period. If you want more later, you place a new order.

What should be included in an SEO package?

At the least: what is done, how many pages you get, when you get them and what it costs in total. Many packages sell hours per month without a count of what those hours produce. These two state every number in the comparison above, and they state what is left out.

Which package should I choose?

Start if your website is new or has little content and you want the foundation plus 10 texts. Growth if your business has been running for a while, has more competitors worth analysing, and you want 20 texts to publish over several months. Not sure? Can I do this myself with a chatbot such as ChatGPT?

Partly. A chatbot writes a readable text, but with a single prompt it usually does not study the pages that rank for your search term, it rarely gives usable sources and it knows nothing about your business. You can do those steps yourself if you have the time and the search data. The packages do them for you, in a fixed order, for every text.

Do you use AI to write the content?

Yes, and I would rather say so than hide it. Research and copy are produced with AI, following my fixed process and using Ahrefs data. Every text then goes through a separate check for facts, sources and AI-sounding language. I spot-check every delivery before it is sent. That separate check is automated as well; I do not read every text in full myself. So read every text before you publish it.

Can I approve the topics first?

No, there is no step in between: the plan and the texts arrive in one delivery. If you want or do not want a topic, say so in the order form. A topic you exclude is left out; a topic you ask for is weighed against the keyword research, not guaranteed. After delivery you can ask for changes to the texts, not for a different topic.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

Not within days, and I will not put a number on it. Google needs weeks to months to find and assess new pages, and a new website needs longer than an established one. How far a page gets depends on your competition and on whether you publish on schedule and keep publishing.

Do I have to publish the content on my website myself?

Yes. You get documents that paste into any website platform (CMS), the image files and short instructions. Adding them to your site is for you or your web developer; it is not part of the package. Read every text before you publish it: you know your business, your prices and the rules in your trade.

Do you have samples?

Not yet. There is no sample delivery to download at this moment. If you want to know whether this suits your trade, send me a message before you order.

What if I am not satisfied?

You send one consolidated list of changes within 14 days of delivery; that revision round is included. If something is wrong because of an error of mine, I correct it without using your revision round. If I cannot correct it, I refund in proportion to what is wrong. Can I still cancel after I have paid?

Yes, by e-mail, until the delivery has been sent. It is not free of charge: production starts right after your payment. You get a refund in proportion to the work that has not been done yet, and I explain how I arrived at that share. After delivery you can no longer cancel. I am a bookkeeper, physiotherapist or lawyer. Can I order?

That depends on the topics. I do not produce texts that themselves give medical, legal or financial advice. If that applies to some of the topics, I replace them with other topics from your plan. If it applies to the whole order, I refuse it and refund what you paid. In doubt? E-mail me before you order.

Who is behind these packages?

Elard Tissot van Patot, trading as Toss it Online in Bussum, the Netherlands (KvK 63129124). I have worked in online marketing since 2010.
